Guaranty
We take great care with each piece that we handcraft and want you to enjoy it for a long time! If anything breaks under normal wear and tear conditions, we will fix your piece for up to 30 days from the purchase date free of charge (shipping charges may apply) Also please note that certain items that were a part of your handcrafted piece may or may not be available, and in the unlikely event something needs repair, substitutions may be necessary.

Returns
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but, if for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your order and we will refund your money up to 15 business days from the date of shipment. Custom design items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sale and clearance are final. Shipping charges are applied on all exchanges.

How To Return
Please return the item in its original packaging, and send an email to returns@2LadyBugs.com with the purchase information, the reason for return, and the expected arrival date. Please pack the item well and include your original receipt. Don’t forget to keep a copy for yourself. Please add $3.00 for handling on any replacement orders.
